Miraval, Berkshires
One of the newest additions to the Berkshires’ collection of wellness resorts, Miraval opened the doors to their Lenox location back in the summer of 2020 after taking over the 380 acre property that was formerly the Cranwell Spa and Golf Resort.
The world famous Tucson-based spa quickly became a major draw to the region, even with the ongoing pandemic, and continues to receive rave reviews from guests and critics alike. In fact, it was recently named Conde Nast Traveller’s best wellness resort, so you know it must be worth a visit!
One of the most popular features of the resort is of course their Life in Balance Spa, where you can experience some of the world’s most innovative spa treatments and completely pamper yourself. Body renewals, facials, ayurveda, massages, rejuvenating skin treatments, and more, Miraval will surely have something to please everyone.
Now as we’re sure you can imagine, stays at Miraval are quite expensive and often hard to come by (not that we’re saying they aren’t worth it!). But don’t worry, for they do offer an excellent day pass in limited supply! Just be sure to call and reserve them well in advance, as they tend to sell out quickly, especially during July and August.
With a day pass, you will receive one spa treatment of your choice, lunch and snacks, and the freedom to enjoy the property and its amenities for the rest of the day. This covers full access to the entire resort, including their on-site restaurant Harvest Moon, the Body Mindfulness Fitness Center, the Life in Balance Spa, and the outdoor Serenity Lounge Pool. On top of that, you’ll be free to participate in the over 40 complimentary wellness-oriented classes throughout the day.
In other words, you get to experience all that the resort has to offer for a fraction of the price compared to an overnight stay!
